About OPTOCE
OPTOCE is a regional project in South-East Asia, funded by the Norwegian Governments development programme to reduce marine litter and microplastic. It is led by the Norwegian Research Institute SINTEF. Our aim is to increase the treatment capacity for low-quality plastic waste by involving private industry
