The activities in the project is divided into two phases, an Inception phase and the Implementation phase. Following figure shows the main objectives of each phase and the timeline of the project. The Inception Phase lasted from December 2018 until December 2019, while the Implementation Phase is lasting from January 2020 until December 2021.
